Sage Accounts – Batch Change option. This was introduced in v11. You can use this option to simultaneously amend informtaion in multiple records, for example, customer credit limits.
To use the Batch Change option to update credit limits:-
- Customers > select th required records (by clicking on them) > Batch Change
- Click the Credit Control tab > enter the required credit limit > Save
- When prompted to save the changes > click yes
